My name is Ryo Han. My story began as a little 7 year old boy in Wasaga Beach. My mother purchased roller blades for me one Christmas. I started playing hockey in my basement then asked my dad for a pair of skates that quickly escalated to playing timbits hockey in Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. My first skill coaches were Dan from Elite Hockey School and Annie from Fierce Hockey. They gave me the spark of loving the game, developing my skills and relentless work ethic. Lieu : Montreal, QC Je suis un coureur passionné qui a redécouvert le pouvoir transformateur de la course à pied. J’ai commencé très jeune dans le sport, avec plus de 15 ans de hockey derrière moi. À l’époque, je courais surtout pour rester en forme, parfois dans des compétitions scolaires, mais toujours dans l’optique de performer sur la glace. Comme beaucoup, je rêvais de la LNH. Quand j’ai compris que ce rêve ne se réaliserait pas, j’ai perdu mes repères. À la fin de mon secondaire, je me suis un peu trop laissé aller dans la fête, jusqu’à ce que je réalise, après quelques années, que ce mode de vie n’était pas viable pour moi. C’est à ce moment-là que la course à pied est entrée dans ma vie. J’ai échanger les excès pour les entraînements. Aujourd’hui, je cours pour performer, me dépasser, et surtout inspirer les autres à faire de même.

My journey started as a 4 year old boy wanting to follow my big brother’s footsteps of playing hockey! My first year in Tyke(Timbits), I broke my leg which gave me the drive and determination to keep going knowing I had lost crucial training time. With my natural stride and speed I was able to make a difference in helping our team succeed upon my return. Training hard and playing even harder is what I strive for. I am a 200ft player with great speed, strength, hockey sense, skill and creativity, always looking for the best possible play. My goal is to get a D1 scholarship and continue growing as a player and hopefully a mentor for young athletes! My favourite NHL player is Sidney Crosby !
